Beef stew with potatoes (super delicious zero failure full CD)
Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 carrot
Beef brisket 500g
3 slices of ginger
1 green onion
Garlic 3 cloves
Pepper 5 grains
1 star anise
Salt 2 small spoons
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Onion half
Beef brisket blanching ➕ ginger ➕ appropriate amount of water into the electric pressure cooker "stew" up, about 20 minutes ~ 30 minutes.
Warm tip: The first time you stew beef brisket can be a little more water, so that a little more out of the soup can add some vegetables, such as wolfberry leaves, into a pot of delicious beef soup, two birds with one stone! Awesome!
Carrots 🥕, potatoes 🥔, onions 🧅, garlic 🧄, washed and cut up and set aside.
Prepare garlic, star anise, pepper and other spices to set aside. If it's easier, you only need garlic and pepper.
Heat a pot and stir-fry spices, potatoes, radishes and onions for 3 to 5 minutes.
Then add soy sauce, salt and green onion, put it into the electric pressure cooker, and "simmer" the brisket for 30 minutes after stewing once.
Do not add more soy sauce and salt, if you feel the taste is light later add a little more.
Simmered and out of the pot ➕ green onions, perfect!
