Diced beef with garlic and black pepper that is so good that you lick your plate

 Beef grain tender burst juice, garlic full, a bite more than addiction ^_^




Ingredients  
Beef tenderloin 300g
3 pieces of garlic
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Garlic clove
Salt g
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
1 piece of butter
Cooking oil moderate amount
Black pepper moderate amount

How to make diced beef with garlic and black pepper that's so good you'll lick your plate

Cut beef tenderloin into small pieces, add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tsp black pepper and sugar, marinate well for 30 minutes

Pour oil into the pan, add garlic, fry until golden brown and remove, then add the marinated beef stir-fry until both sides are lightly browned and remove

Melt a piece of butter in the pan, pour in the garlic and beef stir-fry, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of black pepper stir-fry on it
