Fragrant and tender stir-fried beef (huge delicious)

Ingredients
Beef (beef tenderloin is better) 350g
Baking soda One small spoonful (about 1.5g)
Old soy sauce One tablespoon (drinking spoon)
Soy sauce Two spoons
One tablespoon of oyster sauce
Pepper oil one spoon
Barbecue seasoning One and a half tablespoons (for spicy flavor)
Cumin powder one and a half spoons
Two spoons of cooked sesame seeds
Minced garlic, chopped green onion a little
Cooking oil three spoons
How to make tender and fragrant stir-fried beef

Wash the beef and set aside.
Cut beef and sheep horizontally and cut pork vertically. Cut beef to find the grain of beef towards, horizontal knife, cut off the fibrous tissue and sinew, fried meat taste will be tender.

Try to cut the meat as thin as possible, well cooked, cut the meat into a bowl.

Note ⚠️ above the seasoning put must not put salt! Also add salt will definitely be salty! And, corned beef without salt is also the key to frying without water!

Seal the beef with cooking oil to not make water loss, marinate for half an hour or more (can be refrigerated overnight. (Marinated for about two days before frying, the taste is the best!!!)

Stir-fry beef. Heat the oil in a pan and pop the minced garlic.

Turn up the heat, pour in the beef and stir-fry.

High heat will be quickly stir-fried beef 1 to 2 minutes (thin and little meat slices up to a minute, more and thick two minutes. Do not fry long, the meat will be old. (Must be a big fire!!!)
Some cooks say fried beef will be out of water, three keys: one, marinade without salt! Even if the marinade salt is not enough, but also in the pan before adding salt for good; two, stir-fry a little more oil, more oil to seal the meat juices; three, high fire fast fry. Remember these three points, you can definitely fry delicious beef!

Turn off the heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
