Stir-fried beef (tender and flavorful meat)

 This dish has little juice gravy, tender meat and fragrant taste, suitable for serving with wine and rice. It is suitable for people who have a shortage of vital energy, weakness, soreness and weakness of the muscles and bones, anaemia and dizziness of the eyes and face.
